Nations Services

Nations Environmental Services, Inc., d/b/a Nations Services, was formed in March 1996 by Tasha Alexander as a General Contractor in environmental and construction services. Nations has worked as the primary contractor for many clients including TXU Electric (NYSE: TXU), and as a subcontractor for Turner Construction and HCI General Contractors, on jobs for the City of Dallas and others.

 

The company was also a subcontractor for an affordable home development in southwest Dallas that built approximately 250 single family residences.

 

In 2001, Nations formed a division for MRO Distribution (Product Procurement). Clients include The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA) for procurement for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

 

The Boeing Company awarded a $10 .5 Million contract to Nations Services for procurement and logistic needs at over 360 airports in the United States and U.S. territories. Nations has grown and added resources.

 

This included a relationship with Unisource Worldwide, Inc., a leading distributor for paper, facility supplies, industrial, and packaging products. This led to a three year, multi-million dollar contract with W.W. Grainger (NYSE: GWW) to provide various packaging and industrial products.

 

Nations continues to add new products and business lines to fulfill their client’s needs. The company has also provided sourcing services for Boeing, American Airlines, and Frontier Airlines.
